The best Holiday/Concert I’ve had
Giving all the former, I will tell you about my best holiday
ever, and even though I haven’t had many superb holidays, because most of time
I prefer visiting my family more tan anything else, I have had some memorable
ones.
It was the year 2009, if I don’t remember incorrectly; and I
was under big stress because I had had several problems at my job. Anyway, to
make a long story short, I dropped by the place I used to work for and they
told me: “here you are”… it was a NICE, FAT Christmas bonus.
Two hours later, we were travelling around 3 regions, we
meant to tour as much as posible, getting to see idilic landscapes and also,
both being teachers, we wanted to share with the locals and not visiting the
typical touristic places.
The tour went over the 8th, 9th, 10th, and partly, 11th
regions, we spent nearly 3 weeks travelling, and from that improvised adventure,
there are many stories we can tell, and another thousand anecdotes, I cannot let you know in this
blog entry’s extension.

- Video 1: Due to 20-04-2016 (hand in in the class, no exceptions)
A SUBJECT YOU ENJOYED AT SCHOOL Record a 2 minute mobile phone video presentation* about a subject you enjoyed at school
Say:
- What the subject was,
- Who taught it,
- Why you enjoyed it,
- What things you learnt in this subject.
- Mention anything else you think is important.
A mobile phone video presentation is a video of the student talking directly to the camera. This activity is seen as part of the learning process. Videos are made in the students’ own time and they are free to practice and record as many versions as they see fit in order to complete the task. However, the final video must be in one take (i.e. they must not be edited). Moreover, the professor must be able to see the student clearly in the video (i.e. No sunglasses!). If the professor thinks that the text is being read, s/he can arrange for the student to re-record it or repeat the talk in class.

Wow, It was surely a huge adventure, I have known only 3 or 4 regions and has been like 4 years since the last time I went on a long vacation, anyway I believe that any voyage can be meaningfull.
ResponderBorrarHave a nice week.
Eduardo.
The Chile's south is amazing and I think that the travels with good friends are really funnies and gives so much good histories.
ResponderBorrarAnd about the concerts... I love them, but I understand your argument. I wrote about a concert of Vive La Fete, a Belgian band.
See u next week!
César
you were very lucky with that christmas bonus!
ResponderBorrarbut I can't believe you have never been to a concert, you could have a very good time enjoying live music.
Hi teacher, the improvised adventures are the best ones and there is nothing better than traveling with close friends. In Santiago you get sick under the pressure of the daly responsibilities, so that christmas bonus must have been a perfect way out.
ResponderBorrarTake care.
Hi Teacher!
ResponderBorrarUnexpected trips have magic moments, and doing it with a friend is even better. I hope you have forgotten those moments of stress while you were travelling.
See you in class!
Every time I quit a job my boss ends mad at me, it's kind of weird how you got that bonus! I'm sure that your holidays felt even better spending that money on it, just like free food tastes better because it's free haha
ResponderBorrarSee you in class teacher
I can't believe you haven't gone to a concert yet! Big crowds aren't easy at first, but then you'll have a great time if you're able to get used to it.
ResponderBorrarYour trip sounds fun, improvised vacations are always incredible!
Hi! Maybe it can be uncomfortable at the first time, but concerts are just an amazing experience! Yes, you're most likely to left the show with some bruises, but i swear it's totally worth it! :)
ResponderBorrarHi I forgot to leave my post last week!! I can't believe you have never been to a concert in your life, I think it's an experience you should live. I don´t like big crowds either but they still are unique experiences that you will enjoy.
ResponderBorrarI can't believe the part of the concerts, really? Never? For me that is impossible, because I love live music. And I love to travel too, I went the south the last summer and It's beautiful, the people are very friendly.
ResponderBorrarI love that adventure motion. Hope you go to some concert one day, they aren't always big crowds. Sometimes they're very family tipe, maybe some jazz in a trip to USA, after all you're the English teacher haha.
